Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something’s not quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it for a refund to your original form of payment.

BOOMBA Policy – Effective since August 24, 2025

For all eligible items, BOOMBA will:

  • Cover all shipping costs for one return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
  • Any product is eligible for coverage, whether opened or unopened.
  • Limit of one exchange or return per order only.
